|  |  Administrative Assistant to the Dean
Kay Camp is the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Health Sciences, Dr. Mark Wooden. Kay joined Grand Canyon University in July of 2007. Prior to GCU, Kay was office manager for Officeland, an office furniture & computer supplies business in Scottsdale. Before that, she spent many, many years in the paper distribution business doing purchasing and merchandising for Unisource Corp. and Zellerbach Paper Co.
Kay is originally from the Pittsburgh, Pa. area. She graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania (then Clarion State College) with a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology. After graduation, she headed west to Phoenix and never looked back!
Although completely devoted to her job at GCU, she finds time to have a small pet sitting business, Watchdog Pet Care. When not spending time with other people’s dogs, cats, birds, fish and various other critters, she lives in central Phoenix with her loyal canine companion, Charlie. Kay enjoys movies, books, music, theater, travel, more movies and hanging out with her friends. Kay also enjoys her life at GCU!
